Jay Gress, Inc. Comfort Plans provide the protection you want and the peace of mind you deserve. Oil Heat Comfort Plus Plan Covers 139 important heating system parts plus labor Includes your 7-point annual total heating system tune-up. Cost: $289.00 Oil Heat Comfort Plus Plan cannot be purchased unless system is first inspected by a Jay Gress, Inc. technician or representative. The Oil Heat Comfort Plus Plan includes everything in the Oil Heat Comfort Plan plus the significant addition to the major items listed below.
Oil Heat Comfort Plan Covers 69 Important heating system parts plus labor Includes your 7-point annual total heating system tune-up. Cost: $199.00 Oil Heat Comfort Plus Plan cannot be purchased unless system is first inspected by a Jay Gress, Inc. technician or representative. This plan does not include any water parts or cover wet side of heating system. Total Heating System Tune-up We will tune up your boiler or furnace annually so that your heating system performs at optimum efficiency. Annual tune-ups are performed Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Customer must call Jay Gress, Inc. service department to schedule appointment. Test and adjust burner for maximum efficiency, using the most modern Bacharach testing equipment. Inspect combustion chamber of your heating system Clean and check electrodes and nozzle assembly of your heating system Replace oil filters and burner nozzle Oil all motors on burner, blower and circulators Check all safety and operating controls Check oil tank and lines, where accessible Jay Gress Inc. will repair or replace during the term of this Service Plan, with no charge for parts or labor, any of the following items, which may become defective due to normal use or wear and tear.
Water Heater Plan (Only available when purchased with any other heating system plan) This plan covers 20 important water heater parts plus labor, thorough inspection of your oil-fired water heater and repair or replacement of all defective parts. Cost: $139.00
Annual tune-up of the burner is included and will be performed in conjunction with the tune-up of your heating system. Annual tune-ups are performed Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Customer must call Jay Gress, Inc. service department to schedule appointment. Loyalty Credits Jay Gress Inc.' goal is to reward our loyal customers with Loyalty Credits. You earn $50 in Loyalty Credits for each year you purchase a service plan. You can use a portion of these credits toward the purchase of a variety of heating and cooling equipment. The figures below show how much can be used for any one item. Credits are not transferable to other persons or properties. They have value only as a credit toward the following equipment purchased from Jay Gerss, Inc. by its customers.
